What is the mechanism of rocuronium?

Rocuronium is a nondepolarizing aminosteroid neuromuscular blocking agent. It acts as a competitive antagonist at the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor on the motor endplate, preventing acetylcholine from initiating muscle depolarization (Nagelhout, 2023, p. 160).

Every answer names the book and chapter it drew from, and shows a page range when the source carries page numbers.
How do I know a citation is real?
Each answer shows the author, year, book, and chapter, along with a page range where the underlying text supports one. You can open that book and read the passage yourself. When the sources do not cover a question, Neo says so instead of answering from outside them.
Can I use Neo for clinical decisions?
No. Neo is an educational study and reference tool. Verify anything affecting patient care against current institutional policy, primary literature, and your preceptor or attending. Do not enter patient information, since the service is not HIPAA compliant.
Is using Neo allowed in my program?
Program policies differ, so check yours. Because Neo shows the source behind each answer, you can cite the underlying textbook in coursework the same way you would after looking the passage up by hand. Your citation should point to the textbook itself.
How is Neo different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers from general training data and cannot show where a particular claim came from. Neo retrieves passages from anesthesia textbooks and answers from those passages, so each response carries a source you can open and check. Neo also declines questions its sources do not cover.

Is there a free version?
Yes. Every account includes 5 questions a month at no cost, with the same citations as the paid tiers. You do not need a card to start.

Is my question history private?
Your chat history belongs to your account and stays until you remove it with Clear All History. Deleting your account removes your account data. To speed up repeat questions, anonymous queries that pass a PHI and PII screen may be cached and reused for other users asking something similar, and queries matching PHI patterns are blocked from that cache. The privacy policy has the full detail.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing page inside the app to reach the Stripe billing portal and cancel there. Stripe processes all payments, and Neo never sees your full card details.
